Program Overview

The Godmode Affiliate Program allows approved participants to earn commissions by referring new customers to Godmode products through unique tracking links. By joining the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Enrollment

• All applications are reviewed within 3 business days
• You must be at least 18 years of age to participate
• You must have an active website, social media presence, or email list
• Enrollment is subject to manual approval — we reserve the right to accept or reject any application
• We may terminate your participation in the program at any time for any reason

Commission Structure

• Affiliate tier: 30% commission per sale (one-time products)
• Creator tier: 35% commission per sale (verified content creators)
• Partner tier: 40% commission per sale (top performers, invite-only)
• Evo Pro subscription: 25% recurring commission for 12 months

Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Commissions are voided on any refunded purchases within the 14-day refund window. Commission rates may be adjusted with 30 days written notice.

Tracking & Attribution

All referrals are tracked using last-click attribution with a 90-day cookie window. You must use your unique affiliate link for referrals to be tracked. Referrals made through any other method will not be credited.

Payment Terms

• Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD
• Payouts processed monthly on the 15th
• Payment via PayPal or bank transfer
• All commissions are held for 14 days past the refund window before becoming payable
• You are responsible for providing valid tax documentation (W-9 for US affiliates, W-8BEN for international affiliates) before receiving payment

Permitted Methods

You may promote Godmode through the following channels:

• Blog posts and written content
• Email marketing to your own subscriber list
• Organic social media posts
• YouTube videos and podcast episodes
• Online communities and forums, provided affiliate relationships are disclosed

Prohibited Methods

The following promotional methods are strictly prohibited:

• Bidding on Godmode brand terms (e.g. "Godmode", "getgodmode") in paid search or PPC campaigns
• Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
• Unsolicited email (spam) or bulk messaging
• False or misleading claims about Godmode products
• Impersonating Godmode or its team members
• Pop-up or pop-under advertisements
• Offering unauthorized discount codes or coupons
• Placing affiliate links on adult, violent, or hate content
• Purchasing through your own affiliate link (self-referrals)
• Sub-affiliating or redistributing your affiliate link to third-party networks
• Making income guarantees or specific earnings claims related to Godmode products

FTC Disclosure

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Godmode in every piece of content that contains affiliate links. This disclosure must be:

• Clear and conspicuous to the reader or viewer
• Placed before or immediately adjacent to the affiliate link — not buried at the bottom of a page
• Written in plain language — hashtags alone (#ad) are not sufficient

Example: "This post contains affiliate links. If you purchase through my link, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you."

Brand Guidelines

• Use only approved marketing materials and assets
• Do not alter, modify, or distort the Godmode name, logo, or trademarks
• All promotional content must be truthful and accurately represent Godmode products
• Content must align with the Godmode brand voice and values

Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture between you and Godmode. You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes on commissions earned.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days written notice. Immediate termination without notice may occur in cases of:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious referral patterns
• Misrepresentation of the Godmode brand
• 6 months of inactivity (no referrals or clicks)

Upon termination, any unpaid commissions above the minimum payout threshold will be paid in the next regular payment cycle.

Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email with 30 days notice. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

Godmode's total liability under this agreement is limited to the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
